FAQ
The extension isn't generating replies. What's wrong?
Make sure you're logged in on the dashboard and have at least one creator profile set up. The extension uses your account token, if you've recently logged out, open the extension popup and log in again.
How do I update the extension?
You don't, Chrome auto-updates extensions installed from the Web Store in the background. New features and fixes land without any action. Check What's New on your dashboard to see the latest changelog.
My message limit is used up, what do I do?
Limits reset on the 1st of each month. To get more messages now, upgrade your plan from the Billing tab in your dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard โ†’ Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ and use the plan management options. You can also email us and we'll handle it immediately.
Is my data safe?
Messages processed through the extension are sent to our API solely to generate a reply and are not stored. Creator personas are stored securely and only accessible with your account credentials.
